Spotlessly clean with a great location, staff quick to attend to any request, our room was checked every day by staff.

Nowhere to put bathroom items, no shelves at all and oddly no plug in the sink. No iron or hairdryer in the room, short on coat hangers, when we requested more hangers and a hair dryer it was dealt with quickly and without fuss.

I was a little bit disappointed we didn’t get breakfast, which I thought was included. We were told by two other guests that breakfast wasn’t being served on Monday morning. A friend recommended we stay at The Rooms and she said breakfast was lovely, do we had been looking forward to it Also, when I’ve booked with booking.com before, I have always paid in checkout. However, there was no staff around when we left on Monday morning.

A very small bathroom in need of renovation, bathroom: standard for a 3-star rating. Many people in the hotel, crowded during breakfast in the morning. The reception staff is informative but not very friendly. Overall, the price matches the quality. Will recommend

the bathroom, although super clean the automatic light never stayed on long enough unless you wave your arms around and could do with a shelf for toiletries etc. Was a warm weekend so the room was very warm but found a fan in the cupboard…perfect Parking posts- the locked ones didn’t seem to unlock. I found a space with an unlocked one but some people struggled to get them locked ones to unlock
