Was super happy with all that the property had to offer , was super clean and warm , felt homely . Very happy with my stay at 11 lake view . Receptionist Sally was super helpful aswell 👍. I will definitely be coming back .

I liked the room it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with plenty of selection for all tastes.

Being in an access able room as I didn't ask for one. Also there were four assistants in the breakfast area cleaning tables & re stocking the food areas, Two did not do anything from when we arrived until we left ( 09.00 to 09.45) and the other two had to work hard to ensure the tables were nice and clean and replace food items.

the location was fine for our needs and we were able to have two parking spaces.

The crockery, glasses and cutlery required cleaning before using. It would have been useful to have had some cleaning items - i.e. a few dishwasher tablets and a dishwasher brush. The linen and towels were clean, however, the skirtings and kitchen table were a bit dirty and dusty. The door key to the flat needs some attention - it was very stiff and difficult to get out of the door.

Room was very small, tea and coffee making was dire. Only English breakfast tea and 2 sachets of instant coffee so if you want more than a drink each too bad. Had to move kettle to floor to boil. Hand-wash and a shampoo body wash combo supplied but no conditioner. Asked for room with view and asked if I should check in later to get a room with view as the one we were allocated in the guys words was "decent" ... it was not. It was not a decent view. Was told they couldn't guarantee a better room. Not the best customer service Then the parking was closed the following day which skint us an extra £30. Not hotel fault but definitely an extra kick in the teeth For the cost I expect more than the very littlest you can get away with. Ps the car park the hotel has an agreement with is disgusting. Smell of urine is so strong it made us gag. Only stayed there 10 minutes as had to move car to different carpark
