Lovely little one-nighter. Perfect location for what unneeded and hidden away from the hustle and bustle near Sandringham. Was fortunate to be able to enjoy an evening meal which was lovely and breakfast was amazing.

Water glass in room was dirty but this wasn’t a big issue. Because my room was over the bar area you could hear the noise from the bar and music system but again not a huge issue as this stopped when the bar closed.

Spotless price was good and marina was lovely nothing to much trouble , breakfast was continently you have a tick menu but was alot in there definitely would stay again

Good value for money. The room was well prepared and perfectly acceptable for an overnight stay. The location, with easy access to the M1, was also good.

One reason why I picked this hotel was that it advertised a restaurant, with opening hours on the website showing as open through to 9 pm. Looking forward to a relaxing meal and a drink I was not impressed on arrival to be told that the restaurant was not open that evening. I was even less impressed to then be told by the receptionist that there was a chippy just up the road, so I wouldn't go hungry! I don't know if the closure was a one-off, or whether it's always closed on a Sunday evening (the hotel was very quiet). Fortunately I found a pub who went out of their way to prepare me a meal, even though they had stopped serving food an hour earlier!

The temperature in the room was extremely hot room 421 after complaining at 8 pm and being told it would be turned off it was still boiling at midnight , window needed to be propped open with toilet rolls as it wouldn’t stay up , the thermostat wouldn’t work so we were basically cooking then it went off for about 6 hours and came back on hotter than ever .. we checked out at 8 pm and won’t be returning

It would appear that keys open all rooms - as I was woken at midnight by the next door neighbors opening my door and coming into my room - didn’t sleep so well after that!

There was no hand washes in the bathrooms, only tiny soaps. I had to go and buy some as sharing a tiny soap between 6 people didn't feel adequate.
