Nice and spacious apartment with all the required facilities. Very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again. I can't believe how lucky I got with the location too as the restaurant I was going to was just across the road. Everything was clean and tidy, and I really liked the set up too. Other apartments I was looking at were a bit too open for me, but this one also came with a hallway which to me made it feel more homely. There is also a communal outdoor space, which I wish I took some time to explore - perhaps next time I'll make my trip longer. Side note: absolutely loved the bathroom in the apartment, and the big mirrors which made getting ready to go out a lot more doable!

Our room had a very dirty carpet, visible brown dirt all over and cigarette burns. The window was broken too and unsafe being at the 9th floor. Only one available lift which was extremely slow due to the volume of people using it. It was quicker to walk up the stairs ( 9 floors) than using the lift. The staff member that was serving at the bar was very rude to us and looking very cross when we disturbed his quite time at the back. Breakfast was very poor too. The empty trays not being filled back up for the whole duration of our breakfast so we couldn’t have any fruits.

We got the first room st very poor conditions. Toilet was not clean properly. Two corners of the room have big holes and I could hear something running under the floor at night. Bed is very bad quality, like you sleep on springs without anything in between. I could not sleep at all. Staff was quick in responding by call for any problem. But it took time to come. They change new room for us in next day, but inside was unfinished wall repairing yet. Shower knob was hard to turn.
