  An outstanding hotel, with great facilities including a lovely indoor swimming pool. Centrally located overlooking the embankment, and served by an excellent bus service. Breakfast was also very good with a choice of hot and cold buffet.

  The corridors were EXTREMELY dark and quite dangerous for anyone elderly. Very poor sineage to toilets etc. Dark signs on dark wood in all the dark corridors.

  Great location close to the promenade and a few minutes from the town and harbour. The owners couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Lovely building. beautifully decorated and furnished. Superb breakfast.

  The flat looked just like the photos. I felt at home and we appreciated the sanitary products on the kitchen counter. Elvis was very friendly and always available to answer our questions. I really enjoyed my stay.

  No breakfast available and I didn't know that on booking, bed uncomfortable, bathroom miniscule especially with not flexible adults.no parking although it says there is had to scrape between cars parked at front entrance difficult with suitcase.

  Having visited webbington Spa on at least 4 occasions previously I was very disappointed with the downturn in quality of food. Breakfast was very sparce, relatively little table service eg drinks from urn on buffet, basic processed/budget style sliced bread, shop bought budget pastries. Very different from previous visits when breakfast had been a highlight. Evening meals little more than a small selection of pub food, staff lovely, but very inexperienced. Room facilities very poor, it felt like we were still in covid...,very stripped back, no tissues, minimal toiletries, no hotel information booklet etc nothing made the room feel welcoming.
