the shower in room three has limited entry big step up into cubicle and could do with different door larger people will have difficulty entering the shower cubicle toilet roll holder came off the wall but pushed it back on and room was very noisy due to the traffic noise which is unfortunate

Lost My Booking and Upgrade information. View was ok but not as good as I was expecting premium room very poor standard Breakfast kept running out not enough to go around under staffed restaurant and kitchen had to clear our own tables had to hunt for crockery cutlery and glasses . Had one evening meal at the property very expensive for what we had jacuzzi was never open bath was small but deep sided for a short person I found it very difficult to get out of without one leg slipping. The rooms were meant to be sound proof but we heard the people in the rooms either side and underneath us.

Location was excellent, convenient secure parking.

Lock on front door was loose, one bed had hairs on the sheet, bath plug broken so bath didn’t hold any water in and shower head bracket hanging off the wall. Kitchen cupboard doors cracked. One dining chair leg was wobbly. Remote control for to had no back to it & sky remote was missing. Sofa was covered in crumbs etc There were only 2 of us there but should sleep 4 but not sufficient seating in the lounge for 4 people. Floor was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. I did contact the owner to advise of above and they offered to send a cleaner in but we paid for cleaning in the cost of the property and expect it to be done before our arrival.

Got charged £30 for 2 day parking for the first time after we had booked a non refundable room. Stayed here several times before and with Filter for Free Parking there was no notification that this time we would be forced to pay £30 for parking. As we had stayed there many times before we booked non refundable but then got hit with an extra £30 for parking. Extremely disappointed - more with Booking.com than the hotel but generally not very happy at all and feel conned.!
