Cozy room in a nice building with high ceiling. The room is bigger than expected. Everything spotless with a some tea, coffee, biscuits and mineral water. The shower also really good. The member of staff at reception very nice. We left our luggage until the room was ready which was at 2p.m. Is a plus the check out is at 11 a.m. We had to leave early but we will definitely come back to this hotel for our next time in London.

Perfect location right in the city centre, the rooms and space of the apartment was perfect for us. Nice and clean throughout, with the added bonus of Free parking. The host was great at communicating with clear instructions. I would definitely book again if I ever need to stay in Cardiff, without hesitation.

Great value for money, great location … and as always the staff on reception are really welcoming and helpful. The rooms are cheap and cheerful and perfect as a base. Nice communal areas.

Cleanliness generally ok, but a fair bit of dust visible behind tv and along light's (room 008). Empty bottle of shower gel in shower. But otherwise clean and it wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Really close to the Victoria Station which accesses to either where you want to go or to the next station you need. Customer service was good!

We ate at the restaurant the first night. It took a long time to get our food. We had an issue with the room the first night. The next morning I went to the front desk and they said it’ll be looked at and taken care of. Came back from a tour and it was not related to the next workers. I had to explain the whole situation again. They fixed it right then and there so it wasn’t a problem really.

There’s a lot NOT to like about this place. It’s dirty, rundown, overpriced, 4pm check in. A £300 deposit that took a week to be returned. And to top it off, at 7:30am on the day we were to check out someone with a key tried to enter the apartment, luckily we had the chain on the door or they would have walked straight in. They didn’t knock or apologise, just ran away. We contacted the owner about this but the didn’t respond. Makes you wonder what happens when you are not around. Also the location when we booked it is nowhere near the actual location.

We didnt like the parking disc zone rules, when we booked we read there was on street parking which we took to mean being able to park outside the house overnight, this wasnt the case, we had to park streets away out of the zone, we both have mobility problems and use walking sticks hence the reason for booking a ground floor flat, the information for the house should clearly state the parking issues before you make the booking, it said the house was walking distance into the centre but having to park streets away added to that distance, the apartment itself was comfortable but the houses either side and rubbish ie empty bottles and cardboard boxes littering the street let the area down.
