The property is a 2-minute walk from the Canterbury west train station, and the high street is walking distance. The cathedral is a 10-minute walk from the property. It was a family-friendly stay. Mariya is a lovely host who is prompt in replying to queries and requests. She gave us extra toys for kids and was flexible with our checkout plans. The house is very clean and well equipped for a family stay. The area is a quite residential culde sac. We wish Mariya and her family all the best and would highly recommend it.

Free parking close to the shops fantastic chinese restaurant only a minutes walk away and plenty of other shops nice outdoor setting to have a drink full english breakfast included in the stay which was very good friendly staff

We stayed in a four poster room which was perfect. Very clean and very comfortable with a fantastic view of the Cathedral directly opposite. The Staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and polite.

The house was very quiet and so too was the location so it meant I was able to sleep not too bad. The bed and the room was very comfortable and the owner was very hospitable.

The breakfast room would make a good coffee room but not very good to eat at because the tables were to low and uncomfortable. Also unnecessary clutter in the room trying to make it look hip and trendy. Also for the price the rooms were to small and it seemed strange having the sink in the bedroom.

the staircase isn’t screwed properly to the wall. was a little scary walking on it. the staircase is wonky by just touching it.
