  Our original room had a nonfunctional tv. Asked at reception and they immediately came to look at it. When it was obviously a bigger issue we were offered a replacement room, which we took. The chef in house was great. I explained I have an onion and garlic intolerance and she designed a meal for me without onion or garlic. A beautiful steak, mashed potatoes and simple vegetables. Great service.

  The interior soft furnishings were past their best. The bath mat was holey and frayed, there were holes in the sheets and some of the towels were rough and old. No one's fault, but the road is extremely busy and noisy.
