The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Easy to access and host was informative, so I was able to arrive and access the property straight away and without any issue. Bedroom was cosy and bathroom nice. Wifi was good and easy to access. It was in exactly the right area for me, easy to find and for a couple of days, was all I needed.

Some of the furniture looked like it might have been damaged from previous guests, and despite the property being extremely clean, the fabric sofa for example smelt, likely from previous guests sleeping on it? It was also difficult to get the TV to work but when using streaming apps, it worked well. Due to single panes, the property could be quite loud due to the street outside, and other flats coming back late at night. The bedroom is however set back from the road so this didn't disturb me too much. There had also been a major leak in the main foyer from another property, which meant the carpet was sodden (actual puddle) and main entrance smelt strongly of damp throughout the stay - but the actual property itself was well kept.

The breakfasts in the sister property Avenue House were very good and the service there was also very good. The room itself was of a high standard with excellent facilities and furnishings and located in a peaceful area of Bakewell. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

There was nothing that I didn't like about the Tannery Gardens, so its hard to answer this question.

Central location made it easy to get to all areas of Manchester we wanted. The view over the city from our window was great. The staff were very friendly and we were able to store our luggage before and after we checked out.

There was only a shelf next to one side of the bed rather than both, which made it difficult as we both wear glasses and would normally place them at the side of the bed whilst sleeping. The chair took up a lot of unnecessary space. The drinks machine needs checking more frequently as the hot chocolate had no chocolate flavour at all.

Booked a single (double) room, but got 'upgraded' to a family room with three single beds. Bit odd...
