  The hotel is in beautiful surroundings, very clean, extremely comfortable and spacious. Breakfast lovely, good quality food, beautifully cooked and well presented. The server was lovely friendly cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. The gentleman on reception monday evening was very helpful.

  We arrived at reception and waited 5mins to be greeted by the receptionist who was on a call to a colleague re menus, then proceded to tell the man in the back office. No good afternoon how are you...we were given no details re supper, the restaurant or bar, so we ate In the pub across the Rd, we werent even told breakfast times or where it was served, no Information was given at all. We had to ask at 10pm on our return, to be given a sheet with all the info by the gentleman on duty...Rude, very rude and not a way to greet guests.... well we weren't greeted bt the receptionist full stop. So not a good first impression Manners cost nothing
