Everything was just as we expected. Breakfast was very good, everything was available for us, good service by the staff Room was ok, for a king size expected to a bit more. Dinner, we had Dinner on first night, but went out for the rest of the stay. Facilities was good, we like the Pool/ steam room and Suna

Only let down was my wife wanted a Massage and paid for back massage, the value for money was very poor, complete let down.

Our stay was so relaxed and comfortable. Annie was such a lovely warm lady who made us feel so welcome . Our room was very comfortable first time experience of a water bed , not disappointed slept so well with no discomfort like I normally do . Breakfast was very satisfying and filling .

Staff we lovely, receptionist was fab and very helpful (I checked in around 4pm so whoever was one the desk then). Room was lovely, clean and tidy, can't fault it.

Right I really liked support given when could not find property. The guy not sure if owner or in charge of bookings reached out several times to help us so that was faultless and appreciated. Bad points i supported a gentleman with mild learning disabilities and to see exposed electric wires at the top of the door on the entrance not the best also spot lights in the flat there not expensive to replace but not blown but missing in the living room . Also living room chairs placed over damaged flooring in hope you don't see. Also we could not use the wife was never coming up with the address stated on the description. This is not a massive don't stop here as location, cleanliness bed really comfy and gentlemen supported enjoyed nice and quiet but for £150 pounds obviously I know booking .com take commission from that but the finish touches as nicely decorated but that hides the bigger things that needs attention. If was slightly cheaper personally I would stay here again

It was cold, no heating with 8* C outside. I’ve been replied “It’s good weather now, we’re in May”. Carpet stinks of dog and it’s really dirty and stained.
