The location is perfect, just in the heart of Dotonbori. Don't worry about the comments that it is loud here - the street gets quiet at 22:30 each day and you can sleep like a baby. It is also close to everything. We couldnt have picked a better place! Also, the contact with the management is super fast. A family od 2 adults and 2 kids 😃”

  View from the room and the room itself was lovely. Loved the location..... Tram and buses across the road straight to city centre, gorgeous world renowned library across the road. Lifts were wow ! Lobby so welcoming with refreshing drinks on tap. The staff were truly caring and very thoughtful. I went with my rather frail elderly mum, staff support in getting her to the lift, offering support ......Grateful ! Many thanks to lovely Jinelle, at Reception and caring Sanilla who served us breakfast. Also the very tall gentleman and young lady at the swimming pool were very helpful ,friendly and attentive to our requests. Would definitely visit again. Much appreciation : )

  Selina, the host was very friendly and well organised. The property was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Good location for the pier, shops and restaurants. We left a bag in one of the bedrooms and Selina promptly posted it to us and didn't charge for the postage. Amazing service - above and beyond,

  Reasonable size room. Location good as near cruise terminal. Wifi ok. Could chrome cast.

  Dated hotel. Staff were not interested in assisting. Not friendly or welcoming. When you rang reception had to wait minutes before answering. Had to call back over 30 minutes after they said they would send someone to assist with our query. Safe wasn't secure in cupboard so didn't use. Furniture marked. Very expensive stay. Cheap quality toilet paper.

  The noise - we were there the night of the Drymen show, the Old Firm football final and a large wedding at the Winnock - it felt a bit like camping at Glastonbury! Things did quieten down after midnight.

  My room was in the basement with window facing a tiny internal yard holding the heating system/machinery. . If I’d been staying longer than a night this could be claustrophobic/depressing but maybe that’s why I got assigned that room… just one night stay and so once you’ve closed the curtains the room itself is great and the shower excellent.
