It's a self-cook breakfast. The communal kitchen is located upstairs. The bedding and towels were clean. Plenty of good pillows. Good value and setup if you like to use communal spaces. Not far from Tooting Broadway Tube.

Room no.1 is located on the road. You hear everything. I'm a light sleeper so that was a bit of a pain for me.

The property looks lovely on the outside , and the pub was clean n quite but the rooms was not good at all. As we came two years ago and it was lovely we decided to book again.

The bedrooms up stairs wasn’t good for the amount we paid. There water marks all over the ceiling from previous leaks and mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. This is a real shame because two years ago we stayed in the Buxton room and that is beautiful this time we had Bakewell. It’s really been let down. I must state outside the room is a big fan from the kitchen which was noisy most of the night . Breakfast was ok but the service wasn’t really that good. We was a family of 4 and one breakfast came out then they couldn’t bring the rest because ran out of eggs so they had to go to the co op 5 min down the road. Eventually we got our breakfast but the toast came when we had finished eating so I wouldn’t say was best service. We paid for two rooms both the same price but said only one came with breakfast so I had to pay an extra £24.

Rooms clean and spacious. Ideal quiet location for shows and is easily walked. Parking at hotel a bonus. Breakfast was good.

The room we had was at the front of the hotel, and it was right next to a busy roundabout, so the noise from the traffic could be heard from the room.

The first night was great. I couldn't fault it. The second night, the breakfast was great except the toast was cold. In the evening, the shower stopped working completely. Peter was very polite. And opened up a different room so we could have a shower. The third morning was shambles. The shower in our room was still not working. I had to contact Peter early hours in the morning to ask to use a different shower. He took me to a different the shower worked but then went stone cold. Had to contact Peter again, which was distressing. He asked me to put clothes on and took me outside to another room. At this time, I was frustrated and stressed as time was ticking. Thankfully the shower worked in the last room. The breakfast on the Sunday was OK but still cold.
