Liked the flexible check in/arrival times - always very helpful when travelling a long way. The main car park is a short walk away, there is a very friendly pub over the road, and Co-Op a short walk away. Talgarth is a lovely, quiet small town and it was a perfect base for walking and exploring the area. Loved the Welsh Cakes as well!

Iron and ironing board and hairdryer in the room as well as a fridge. Comfy beds and lovely bathroom. Staff were v friendly and breakfast was great. Small shop and complimentary tea and coffee always available was a nice touch. Shop on the main road nearby and was in a quiet area but still in walking distance from the centre.

Room was not hoovered on arrival and was very upsetting to stand on the previous guest's toenail clippings ☹️

Good location close to railway station and town centre / quayside / marina. Hotel quirky, may not suit all. Breakfast was good, buffet with good selection and good quality. Room clean, bathroom good and bed very comfortable.

Room was quite noisy and despite good window could hear adjacent road and railway, the railway operates late into the evening. Ear plugs made it fine. I imagine that the rooms at the front (overlooking the river) are much quieter.

The location was great and we were OK with a shared bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked well. Being inside the locked market meant that the place was very quiet, so nothing to disturb you at night.

The single combined toilet and bathroom was shared between many people, which made it challenging to get out in the morning. The other issue was that the blind in the room did not block the light, and my wife is very light sensitive

Location is great for the Hydro and Finnieston area. Clean, comfy and good food in the bars downstairs. Staff very friendly.

Very noisy, in our bedroom we could hear every word people were saying in the bar below. Thankfully all was quiet after closing time. The room very tired and could do with a repaint. The breakfast between 8.00 and 8.45 on a Saturday I thought was a little restrictive. When couple near us didn't want their coffee until after they had eaten their breakfast, the bar man said "we close at 10". We were told what was for breakfast no choice
