Well equipped modern house with very convenient parking. Comfy beds. Good wi-fi. Location in Castle Gresley was handy for wedding we were attending. I was very impressed with our host Mrs O'Brien who was very responsive if we had any queries.

The accommodation suited our purposes very well. There were four of us in the house and we felt very much at home there.

The location was good- noisy at the front but convenient. Comfortable furniture, good parking, great coffee shops and restaurants very close. Public transport is accessible too.

Clean, lots of nice light. Corner sofa and tv. Dining table and bistro set on balcony. Kitchen was well equipped with fridge, dish washer and washing machine

The mattress in the main bedroom is no longer a mattress. Sitting on it went flat, straight to the base. This is a real shame as the mattress in the other bedroom was really nice, memory foam. There was no fob present in the apartment for the car park, and it was a bit of a faff trying to sort this out with the office. Pretty much all of the blinds in the apartment are broken and dirty. Could do with a refresh.

Staff were very friendly, buffet breakfast was also better than expected. Ideal location for attending Pride Park for football.

Nothing. It was awful from start to finish.

Freezing showers. Rock hard beds. No door mat so dirt and mud come into bedroom. No sockets to charge devices or use hair straighteners. No privacy due to internal glass doors. Shower was a dribble. Extremely noisy at night. No where comfy to sit. Toilet off kids bedroom. Toilet light wakes up children. Children’s bedroom window is blocked up. STILL AWAITING REFUND! We couldn’t even stay 2 nights due to it being so bad. We had to go to Morrisons and but door mats and a 3 way plug.
