The hotel was in a good location, about a 10 minute walk to the tube, access to taxis and an easy walk to London CBD. The whole apartment building was beautifully maintained and elegant but our individual apartment needed a few repairs and was not of the same standard. Issues were dealt with by the office as quickly as possible. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable but if you are using the lounge room as a bedroom there is limited room.

The views were outstanding and the facilities were excellent with high quality toiletries and amenities.

The living space was very small -it would have been better to have had a proper bed instead of a sofa bed, although the sofa bed was more comfortable than expected.

The location suited me as I was visiting friends, and Salisbury Street is quiet.

I wondered how much thought had been given, as there was no plug for the wash-basin, and although there was a table no chair at which one could sit at it. But a very comfortable armchair.

The wet walk to breakfast. Continental breakfast was a bit of a let down on this occassion with items unavailable presumably due to a busy weekend. Juice wasnt replenished and when asked I was told we dont have any more this was also the case when another resident asked for marmalade and was given the same answer. The bread for toast looked to be the cheapest possible both brown and white options. Yoghurts and fruit weren't set out on the choice table and you had to ask if you wanted some. We have had the same breakfast before here and it has been very good but on this occasion on our 2 day stay it was quite poor quality and not very well set out.

Our bath was not clean. There was no housekeeper on duty so the receptionsist had to come to clean it
