The room was nice and comfortable for a night stay as we had an early morning flight the next day. There were not a lot of food options, but we found a kebab shop a minute away, which was good. We definitely loved the fact that we had the airport bus right outside the hotel. Didn't have to hunt for an uber or drag suitcases on the road to a bustop.

The room was sufficiently soundproofed but became quite warm during the night despite the air-conditioning. However, not a deal breaker.

The location was very pleasant and peaceful - close enough to the centre, shops and pier etc, but in a quiet, safe feeling location. Lovely plants and flowers to the front garden/lounge area. Vegan breakfast very well catered for and lovely friendly staff

The prices were very expensive for drinks and food and we had to wait over an hour for burgers which seemed out of proportion and £21 was overpriced for what it was. This view was shared by other guests as well who waited too long paid too much for average food

The outer sash window slider didn't work, meaning the top half of the window was open all night, there was a second indoor window which closed. However the noise was clear as day. We couldnt get to sleep. We did report it but was shown photos of the window shut after we left the property, suggesting my husband and I were lying!! Never had an issue with any other property we've stayed at.
