We absolutely loved staying at Tannery House. Beautiful place . It’s located in the centre of town , however it’s hidden away behind high street shops. It’s in a lovely quiet area . You’d never know you were in the heart of Bakewell. The owner Sarah was extremely helpful. Lovely lady . We plan to rebook next year . We wholeheartedly recommend Tannery House to all those wanting to visit Bakewell. It’s the BEST place in town . 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

The room was lovely - other than the fact that the television did not work well. Despite Kelly's best efforts - it was unwatchable as it was pixilating, freezing, and buffering. Dinner was delicious. Breakfast was as expected. But - the staff were wonderful! All of them. Particularly Kate. Nothing was too much trouble. She was attentive, efficient and very friendly. You have a real star there!!

The television didn't work. The light sensor on the stairs was disturbing- we removed the bulb overnight, as every time my dog moved, it went on ....! (we put the bulb back before we left!) There is a dog in the neighbouring house/garden who was let out frequently, and barked incessantly. Maybe, you could have a chat with the owners, as it is extremely difficult to sleep, when the dog is barking - and it's not a small dog - so has a very loud voice ...1

This hotel provided a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Chatham. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Dockyard and other historical attractions. The on-site restaurant was a welcome convenience after long days of sightseeing, offering tasty meals without needing to venture out.

The lovely lady at reception upgraded our rooms as the hotel was quiet and all the staff were so friendly. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. Plus, the Winter Storm Lager (made specially for the hotel by a local brewery) was delicious! We had a great stay. Thank you!

The hotel provides stunning views over Loch, our room was facing the water and the outdoor terrace was beautiful. Just outside of Fort William the hotel offers a quiet atmosphere.

Pillows weren’t great for me but tbh, I’m rarely happy with pillows. Carpet in room was good quality nice underfoot but did have old large stains.

Nothing to make it special I thought hilton would stand out. No free amenities in the bathroom and very basic tea/coffee facilities.
