When arriving at reception the lady upgraded us to a bigger room which was unexpected but really appreciated. She was very nice with us. The room in itself was great and clean. The access to the spa is an absolute must as this is unlimited during your stay and you have a nice choice of facilities (pool, heated room, aromatherapy, sauna). I have just to say the pool can be quickly overcrowded especially with young kids which makes it difficult if you want to do laps. However the swimming lifeguard kindly offered to tell people to keep a line free so I could swim.

Pool that can be a bit overcrowded with a lot of young kids playing around. Would have been nicer to be in a quieter environment. Security: we had a person who knocked at our door at some point saying they would have to check something in the bathroom without giving any explanation. We didn't open and asked if we could get a call from reception confirming it was someone from the staff but he didn't insist and left to knock at other rooms.

I was greeted by the 2 lovely lady hosts. The room was very comfortable and the cleanliness of the room and bathrooms, actually the whole building was second to none. The area is lovely with nice shops and cafes 1 minute walk away and close to the centre, I took an Uber which was 5 minutes drive and £5 to the Heart of the city. Parking is on road (you may have to wait for a spot at busy times). Great stay.

Arrived at lovely peaceful location just off the A9. Beautiful room with private bathroom. Very well appointed. Room had tea/coffee and the bonus of hot chocolate along with biscuits and sweets. Breakfast was amazing and had a vast array of choices for a continental breakfast. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Clean and tidy room in a nice guest house, situated in a nice less touristy part of the town , with a nice park and beach nearby. The main town/harbour is only a short 15-20 minute walk away, so it was nice being away from all the cars, pubs and fish & chip shops

Like a lot of B&B's, breakfast is extra at a set charge, but not everyone wants a cooked breakfast especially when you are away for 1 or 2 weeks. A lighter breakfast is offered, but at the same price it seems. So if you only want coffee and toast, it is a lot of money.

Quirky and comfy accommodation with a friendly and helpful host. Had my own lounge, which was nice.
