The breakfasts were rich and the food was constantly replenished. There was a choice of English breakfast as well as ham, cheese, sweet and savory pastries and a selection of fruit. The coffee was of good quality, as was the selection of teas. Luggage storage also worked very well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet location right next to Kensington gardens, two minutes from the Queensway tube station.

When booking the room, it was not stated in the description that the room does not have a window. Hotel is currently under scaffolding.

Very clean and tidy both inside and out. Staff friendly and courteous. Amazing shower in our en suite. Food delicious and worth the wait after ordering. Lovely walk into town centre.

In the morning, I asked, can I keep the luggage in the locker room and the reception staff said, we can. Then I left outside and I asked my wife and son to hand over the luggage in the reception so that they can just go out and collect it later when they come back. They are new in town and when they reached out to provide the luggage, the reception staff said, no, it is not possible, you cannot keep it. You can keep it in the railway station locker room. And they were two and had to take four bags to the railway station to keep it in the locker room. It was very sad that the reception staff member was unable to help us in this process. There was bags kept there, she could have also allowed four of our bags to be kept there and these two people or the guests were not fully fluent in English and had a struggling time to convey the message. We had to pay 50 pounds for keeping the bags in the locker room. So whatever we saved is lost and it was first time for us in Glasgow and that made our entire experience really bad.

Excellent location. Beautiful hotel. Large car park and we were able to park earlier than our check in time.

We met up with friends and we all thought the bar was very expensive ! The hotel itself was fabulous.

"There was nobody else residing there. Just one person came and gave me the room key. He was polite."

"The area was extremely noisy; it felt like trying to sleep on the street. Additionally, it was very far from the city center, and considering the conditions, the price of 180 GBP for two nights seemed overly expensive. Moreover, the building didn't even have a proper name; nothing

Everything was great.

The room is attached to the wall of the Pub. And to everyone who lives in the UK knows the walls are super thin here in the UK. This made it extremely difficult to get an early night in bed because of the music and noise from the pub next door.
