Positive section of review
It is very close to the Goldhawk Road station (not the Shepherd Bush Markets station), so the location is already very good. I could also walked to Hammersmith at around 20 minutes, which is a very good course for morning walk! The self check in procedure is very easy as instructed by the host. The studio is clean and provides me with the total private space that I was looking for.

The bathroom is indeed very small but I can't ask for more for that price and privacy that I required. The bigger issue was that there has been noises due to construction work on the street at 2am for a few nights. But I totally understand this is out of the host's control.

The room and bathroom was really spacious, very clean and tidy. Bottles of water, tea and coffee were provided as well as toiletries. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like old friends. The breakfast was exceptional, bedroom was spotless with everything you needed.

Room was large, well laid out and clean. Lovely old building with some great features though in need of some tlc.

Hotel above a pub and night club which was open till 3am as stated which we understood on booking. We expected it to be loud but I didn't expect it to be quite as loud as it was considering it wasn't that busy. Also they appeared to have 2 to 3 different different areas playing different music in direct competition. Unfortunately this was evident both in the pub as well as upstairs in the room. Sadly it appears they haven't made any effort to sound proof the rooms, we couldn't even completely close the windows and our room was next to courtyard and carpark. Once the club closed it was still noisy with people in the carpark, cars wheel spinning and then with traffic passing by. We opted to have breakfast which turned out to be a continental breakfast, there wasn't much in the way of choice and the fruit was not fresh. Certainly not worth the £7 a head.

Comfortable bed, good towels, well set up kitchen. Location was central to town. Free parking. Welcome by staff.

I didn’t like the bathroom door as it was a misty/frosted glass door, I felt there wasn’t much privacy. There was no toilet brush! The pub next door closes at 3pm so there wasn’t really anywhere to get a meal apart from the spa opposite. However it was quite easy to just order in, so if you want to have a meal take some cutlery and eat in your room.
