Sky View was awesome! fantastically decorated throughout! All the comfort of home was provided! The location of Sky View was fabulous, with a great sea view from the lounge, kitchen & bedroom! Vicky the host was amazing, There's a lift in the property which was an added luxury! Vicky the host was amazing, always at the end of the phone if you needed anything! If Sky View is available on my next visit to Eastbourne, then I'll be booking up again!! I can only say, Sky View gets a massive 10 out of 10 from me!

Large room. Old building so have to take that into consideration. Evening meal was good, but limited choices on the menu due to them not having it all. Staff were very friendly and Jess gave us a very warm welcome. Having only taken over 7 weeks ago, they are heading in the right way, but just needs tweaking and we would of rated higher.

Kettle too large and doesn't fit in basin to fill. Dirty mark on the side of the matress. Breakfast a bit disappointing. Choice of cooked or coooked. Quality not the best either. No cereals, fruut or yogurts.

Absolutely fantastic staff,i took poorly whilst in Blackpool with a very nasty eye infection needed hospital treatment thy went above & beyond too make sure I was ok My room was lovely bedroom 202 , beautiful breakfast great location will definitely return back

Amazing location for AO arena. Plenty places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk. Room was relatively spacious. Air con was good and stayed on the whole night which was good because the window didn’t open.

There was no information pack of any sort in the hotel room. I’ve never experienced this at any kind of hotel. No information on times things were open, no info on where things were, not even so much as a welcome to the hotel. The phone had presets where you could call various parts of the hotel. At 10:45pm we pressed the room service button. No answer. Maybe they were busy? Maybe it was closed. Who knows because there was no info. There was also no info in the lift as to what was on what floor. The bed was reasonably comfortable. However, the pillows were absolutely horrible. It was like someone had scrunched up towels and shoved them into pillowcases. I have slept on more comfortable supermarket pillows. The room was clean except for the mirror. I’m quite tall and the full length mirror had only been cleaned to about 5 and half feet.

Everything about the apartment was good for us, we liked the place very much it suited how we like to live, clean and modern. It was a very nice place to be.

Depending on your daily plans, the parking could be and issue, but it worked OK for us as we tend to go out early and return later, so only paid for about 3hrs parking all weekend.

Quite grubby premises. A bit of fresh decor wouldn't cost much. However, the real issue is that there's a pub/nightclub on the premises. The presence of TWO bouncers at the hotel entrance wasn't exactly reassuring. The LOUD music was until 3am on a Saturday (when we stayed). They had a sign up warning of this and offering ear plugs but had none in stock! By about 2am we found the experience a form of torture. How can they advertise themselves as a hotel?
