The setting of the luscious parkland was wonderful. Great walks available, abundant birdlife. Room nicely decorated, but no air con for hotter days. Nice restaurant with amazing nachos. Reception staff (Sophie) were wonderful, really friendly and readily gave us a hair dryer when requested.

The location was great, right on the harbour. The pub and staff were very welcoming, efficient and accommodating. Cleanliness was very good. No problem with noise disturbing me during my stay which was on a Monday night.

No breakfast offer but complimentary foil wrapped croissants were a good replacement. There is a good breakfast cafe virtually next door - The Captains Table Cafe. No other negatives.

The room was very small for the price we paid. We may have picked a bad time as there was some kind of conference on in Leeds meaning hotel rooms were like gold dust but we paid more for a night in Leeds than we did for a night in London.

we payed for the on suite room apparently for the luxury experience. the room was dirty , broken curtains amd dirty tables and micro wave so disappointing bed was okay room really need to be done up

There is no lift. The single room has just a single bed and there is hardly any space to move around. Private bathroom was tiny, too.

The bathroom particularly the shower needs attention good scrub and re siliconing..the lock on the room door was hanging off.
