Convenient location, easy walk from Kings Cross. Exceptionally helpful, friendly staff. Direct garden access from our room. There is the option of breakfast, we had other plans. My husband loved the wet room bathroom.

The beds were comfortable and there were some homely touches like games were provided and lots of kitchen accessories available.

I couldn’t lock the gate on the decking as there was no key provided which meant my 2 year old could escape and we were right by the road.

The room was smaller than I expected as the two single beds that were advertised were on top of each other. The little extras, (biscuits and toiletries, etc.), were not as nice as I would have hoped.

Shower curtain in disabled room filthy !!!! Didn't ask for a disabled room Rooms not as advertised Couldn't even find a seat at breakfast, the place isn't big enough to accommodate, and this was at 9am on a Sunday

Super noisy at night even with windows closed. The shower space was tiny. No lockers, under bed storage. These could be just the road facing dorm problem though. One terrible experience. Housekeeping staff broke my locked storage and removed my things when I was out for the day. I had asked for a bed change within the dorm. I was told they would change the assigned bed in the system; I had to 'leave the room during cleaning hours which was okay as I was going sightseeing anyway. I come back to lock and my luggage gone. The reception could only figure it out after sometime so I had quite a fright. They apologized calling it a 'miscommunication' 😶

The room wasn’t as big as it looked on the photos when we booked. The balcony wasn’t big enough to sit out on.
