In a great part of Belfast, near the Botanical Gardens and university. Plenty of places to eat nearby. You can buy tickets for the red sightseeing bus at reception, a 10 minute walk to the university stop, to catch it. Nice touch in the room, cartons of water, ear plugs, toiletries, shower caps, toothbrush and toothpaste. Lovely bar and food available.

The lift wasn’t working on Wednesday and the staff assured us that it was going to be fixed. It still wasn’t working on Friday when we left. Also the safe in the rooms don’t work.

It was truly luxurious and comfortable and Deni was excellent and very understanding. They did everything to help. The facility is excellent. As a television journalist, I will always be their volunteer ambassador. I would recommend it to everyone.

it was very quiet , 2 minutes to the beach . very accommodating for a family. 11am check out , great if you have children with you.

the lift was not working. we were on the 3rd floor minimal £50 charged for cleaning . we swept any crumbs , washed all items we used . we did appreciate they have to pay cleaners… how about a sliding scale , incorporated with the £100 damage held back .

If I had to pick a fault I would say for 8 people should have a third toilet - and parking - you cannot park outside - you walk down the track with yr luggage But neither were an issue
