The location of this property was good. Close to two tube stations on main lines. Also near multiple bike stores for Boris Bikes. Plenty of shops and food around. Also, it’s budget to can’t overly complain about the price.

The place is falling apart. Covered in mould. Couldn’t shower whilst staying. Felt very dirty walking on the floor or using facilities. Holes in carpets. Bedroom lay out was awkward and closed in. Very claustrophobic. Housekeeping moved our items and rearranged our belongings. Staff very rude. Was told by 3x people I had definitely received an email when I definitely didn’t. Staff overall very unhappy and made us aware of that. Didn’t engage in conversation or answer any of our questions. Couldn’t wait to leave and have a shower. Bed gave me back issues from just two nights. No mattress protector and a single flat sheet on a small double which came off instantaneously. Bedding also stained with what appeared to be blood and cigarette burns on mattress.

Lovely room separate to main pub. Nice little fridge in room with a small bottle of fresh milk for drinks very welcome. Very good food in the evening at a very reasonable price and great cooked breakfast.

The fact the restaurant put us outside for a meal but that was down to booking.com The room wasn't what we originally paid for and we were downgraded, again that was down to booking.com I won't be using booking.com again.

Location was great but did not like the parking problem.

Parking also made 2 reservations by mistake with booking.com when I checked in I asked if I had a double booking and was told no. It runs out one booking was under Clare mcnair and one under mcnair Clare. They would not refund my money as it was booked through booking.com

It’s a big room. Very nice for family.

Be attention there is pub under the hotel, so would be a bit sound at night. But it is not too bad, just very small sound when I stayed at 4th floor.
