The room was spacious, which isn't always the case for solo travellers. It was beautifully clean with a decent sized bathroom, the staff were very helpful and the location was excellent. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was probably the best ld seen in any hotel lve stayed at. The Hospitality Tray actually had more than enough tea bags and milk, which is a rarity.

A few small items of damage, the bathroom door had a couple of "dinks " in it like it had been hit with a hammer? Broken glass in one of the communal doors in the corridor, nothing major but noticeable.

Location great, close to beach and the town, where there are shops and restaurants. Breakfast fantastic. Bed really comfortable. Fan in the room. Had access to an iron and board. Everything about this place was wonderful.

Location, cleanliness, spacious apartment, air conditioning, fridge, microwave and kettle, tea, coffee, water and biscuits, bedsheets spotless. Very comfortable. Luggage drop off next door to apartment.

Musty odour on stairs up to accommodation. No bedside locker in one bedroom, no sink to wash up delph so had to use bathroom sink. These are just minor points though.

This accommodation was super clean and perfect in every way. The facilities were exceptional. The hosts were most helpful. I had a most wonderful stay, I totally recommend this one bedroom flat.

As with many hotels, no plug points anywhere near a mirror. Only an issue though if you need to use a hairdryer straighteners!

Had the worst experience at reception that I have ever had at a hotel. The member of staff at reception asked if we wanted breakfast we said we had a busy schedule and weren’t sure. We asked if we could decide later . We were told quite aggressively that it would cost more so we needed to decide right now. Understanding that the rate was for pre booked breakfast we explained we would drop our bags in the room check our itinerary and ring straight down . The member of staff said no that was not possible if we left reception we could not have breakfast at the booked rate. I get rules and I understand variable pricing but the scenario played out was farcical. I said in that case we would not require breakfast . The layout of the hotel was explained to us and I was handed a wallet with the room keys . I had my hands full as I had a suit carrier as well as my bag and asked the lady to remind me which room we were in she said “ it’s in the wallet I just gave you “ as she is standing in front of her computer. She watched whilst I put everything down on the floor to open the wallet and check the room number. Very poor service, very poorly trained staff .
