      Property was probably the best we've ever stayed in. Dedicated parking space, brilliant location, wonderfully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Plus a surprise welcome goodie pack. Hosts checked in with us as well to make sure all OK 🙂

      Honestly nothing really. Minor niggle of mine is lack of shower caddy for shampoo etc. If you struggle with mobility, it's on the 2nd floor.

      there needs to be better communication from the reception of the booking we made a couple of request but never got an answer, the telephone number for the Guest House does not get answered, the saving grace were the two cleaners who were exceptionally helpful.

      Great communications, friendly and helpful staff. Handy location for town and work - I leave my car at work out of choice, but I could see that parking might be inconvenient for some. All the in room facilities you could need, bar aircon.

      Road noise due to on street location and orientation of room. Not usually a problem in other Jasmine House rooms to be fair! It was hot, so keeping window shut for noise, whilst managing temperatures was a bit tricky.

      Breakfast facilities provided in room were good. I wake up early--before pubs, cafes, and the breakfast room are open, So, I appreciate the coffee, creamer, etc. that is in the room.

      The way too complicated reservation system. I am close to 80 and not tech savy. I travel without a phone. I have been doing it for decades and never felt the need for one. Yet, Sonder thinks you will have one and wants to text instead of providing an option for email. And the person I spoke to over the phone when I was reserving acted as if he were having a bad day. Who needs that? I almost canceled. On the other hand, when I emailed from Paris with questions about access to the Henry upon arrival at the door in London, the experience was the exact opposite. Shiloh was the customer service rep everyone wants--knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, supportive, exceeding expectations.

      Nothing really, has potential to be great but it was a disappointment - the bar staff were friendly and plenty of parking, but that’s about it

      unclean, grimey, stained, dated, not well kept at all, food at the bar area not great at all, furniture is worn and ripped/chipped or stained in the bar over all unpleasant we felt dirty coming away from this place it was a convenience stay for the airport but will never use again

      When we arrived we were met with a rude man receptionist that didn’t bother to look at me The walls were so thin that I didn’t sleep all the days of the stay since I could hear everything going on in the room next to me
