The hotel is Luxurious, clean, with very nice staff and situated in a central zone- very close to train, metro and bus. You can walk to Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and lots of beautiful parks. Breakfast is diversified and delicious. Big plus for early check in and late check out.👏

You can tell it’s either new or it has just been renovated. It’s very light, welcoming and cosy. Everyone from the staff was super lovely and quick to solve any problem we had. Both the room and the bathroom were nice, clean and comfortable.

The bed was too low to the ground. People with mobility problems may find this challenging . Parking charge unreasonable as it’s in the middle in nowhere so people don’t have the need to park there without permission

My room was located next to the entrance and because it was hot I had the window open. It hit very noisy when people came in and out.

TV didn’t work, room was adjacent to railway track, stationed, right outside window, but next time I will just ask for alternate room, not an issue really

Everything was great apart from the service in the bar. To buy a drink from reception, a drink from the bar or to ask for coffee sachets for the room - you had to queue at the bar. The bar was understaffed and we waited for 30 minutes.
