The bar, restaurant and room staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was good and the service exceeded expectation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The evening meals were good value and the portion sizes were so large I struggled to finish, but too good to waste so I soldiered on valiantly. I would recommend the hotel and restaurant to friends. The location close to The Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon made the price not just reasonable but a bargain.

There is little to quibble perhaps there could have been a greater choice of cereals especially low sugar ones and non dairy milk could be offered or volunteered.

Beautiful grounds, lovely room with leather sofa and good storage areas. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The young serving staff in both restaurants were a credit to the hotel. Food was delicious. I used the electric car charging points with no problem. A very relaxing break in a lovely part of the country.

Wonderful location. 10 minute walk from local tube. Host was a great communicator. Will be back. Perfect for a base for sightseeing or shopping in London.

Never made it past then door what a joke it was 20 min taxi £30 later then another £30 back home because the code was not right and the number & email wasn’t in use !!!!

Parking was a bit tricky , with public parking needed during the day and a bit difficult to source It was on fourth level which might make it tricky for elder people with bags

It is a filthy disgusting hole! Smelly, stinks of weed. Walls are scuffed, dirty and have holes in. Doors are covered in dirty marks. Beds were broken, blood stains, dirty sheets and hair in them. Sofas were rotten, stained and cracked. Broken glasses in the cupboard- had to wash the glasses we used before we could drink from them. Other people’s toothbrush in the bathroom. Outside is run down and looks like an abandoned house. Inside looks like student lodgings with broken locks on doors. It’s disgusting and should not be let out.

Well there was no bath mats as it was slippery in the bath also no handrails to get in the bath as it big step over the bath.
