Abrek Öce and Batikah Cicim were simply superstars. We thouroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay and would most certainly return when travelling to Istanbul!”

  Friendly welcome upon arrival and Alan and staff could not do enough for you to make it a pleasurable stay. A dog friendly hotel and definitely stay there again if in area. Free WiFi and parking and nice restaurants nearby allowing dogs which was nice as denewood not doing food at this time! Our little pomeranian Tilly loved being fussed and settled in straight away.

  Lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was easy to find, good parking, though, a couple more disabled parking bays would be good. The food was excellent. If you like curry, I would recommend the King prawn curry! The breakfast was amazing and plenty of it. All in all. A very good stay.

  There was a little mix-up of hot and cold water in our room (cold was hot and vice versa), but I'm sure it's fixed by now. Maybe a little touch up with paint here and there.

  We stayed in room 1 which was very clean and comfortable it was on the ground floor which made it easy for me with the luggage etc. the bed was big and comfortable the shower room was clean with plenty of towels,the room was well stocked with tea and coffee etc the TV was a smart tv with nwtflix included.

  No option for light breakfast so costly for a bowl of muesli and orange juice. Location was excellent for the conference centre. not too far out of city to be able to walk in/close to train station as an option.

  The door lock was faulty and so door did not shut properly as lock prevented this. Once aware this was an issue it was possible to adjust when exiting. hotel fixed it after first report but it was immediately faulty again. first day safe did not open/close properly so had left room without valuables safely locked up and only discovered later that the door was not shut when I left the room-nothing stolen at all but would have been easy to do this. Safe was fixed but had to wait in room for about an hour in middle of day and was only there for a short visit so this was annoying. Stains on the carpet. Poor water pressure for shower Had a pizza and took box down to front reception for disposal which they would not do and asked me to go out into street to find a bin!!! another kind guest who was going out offered to do this for me which was nice. Could not project device onto TV screen-link/ QR code did not work for this to occur.
