  Location was great, plenty of amenities & walking distance to the beach. The house was well equipped, very nicely furnished and decorated, very well thought out for our stay, & enclosed garden for our 2 dogs. On arrival we had bread, milk, tea, coffee & biscuits left by the host which was a nice extra touch, thank you.

  An oasis of calm just a short walk from the City Centre, situated in a very nice area near the castle. Lovely room, great staff and a good breakfast too. Will definitely stay again when next in Nottingham.

  No-one turned up to let me in no-one would answer a phone or the door, i waited for nearly 2 hours then had to leave, it was a total disgrace , i will never use Booking .com again.

  being abandoned with no way of getting in touch with the owner , i left Booking .com messages the property owner messages, in even talked to a neighbour who told me he hasn't seem him in over a week
