  The property value is cost for a very good price The cleaning was each day (the bed and new towels) There was a hair dryer, kettle, tea, coffee and milk In general we had all bathrooms stuff that we needed We were allowed to use the washing machine and drying machine. On the reception we’ve got the adapter for a socket

  We had a room in the attic w/o proper windows and a low ceiling. The room are tiny small, there wasn’t enough space for the clothes and the bathroom are extremely small too The place really needed a small renovation. Just painting a dirty wall would be great. All hangers also was really cheap, old and in a bad condition. Both chairs in the room was broken too. The shower were old, dirty and a bit broke The washing machine are extremely dirty, I’m not sure that it really clean stuff.

  We like the secluded peaceful location, yet it is 10 minutes away from the beaches, golf courses and shops at Nairn. This is our second visit and the wooded grounds are a delight for children. The house is full of character and well kitted out. Shona was extremely helpful and friendly.

  Breakfast room is 3 tables in reception, very average bed, whole place is scruffy and unkempt. Everything smell of curry and burnt food. Claims to have terrance, dining room and a lounge, must have been in their imagination, we didn’t see any.

  Quiet location close to Victoria so handy for everything. Extensive choice at breakfast. Staff all friendly and helpful.

  There was a persistent irritating buzzing noise coming from the basement which the staff investigated but couldn’t resolve or mitigate. Apparently a fault with the air conditioning unit so it will get fixed eventually.
