A very charming place in a lovely village. Very friendly and welcoming staff with a personal approach. All the necessary comforts. There's something very satisfying about staying in an inn... perhaps it's the history the building makes you think of, or the warmth of its busyness, or the pint you can pop down for... Not sure... but we loved the place!

The Room itself was okay altough it looked way better on the pictures than in real life. The location is quite good, you can reach some of the most beautiful locations of London within a few walking minutes. There was no breakfast option available during my stay.

The view from the room was very disappointing. From one windwow you could see a construction side and from the other window just the dirty backyard. The staff where also not the friendliest, the made the impression to not care at all and I did not feel any hospitality at this place.

Apartment was lovely and decorated to a high standard. Loved the living room. Was clean and organised and I had a very comfy sleep. The owners were fantastic with communication and answered any questions I had very quickly. The power shower was also awesome.

Would be lovely if the bedsheets were ironed and also the curtains had come off the hooks so unable to close them properly. A few hard water stains on the taps and shower screen that need a good scrub with Viakal. Other than that was fantastic. Thank you.

At around 5am in the morning a man entered the room . Both my 21 year old eon and father woke up and challenged him. He hastily left . Nothing was taken . I wrote to the hotel afterwards and they ignored several emails, eventually they replied that they had checked CCTV and that no one was around so the incident hadn’t happened . Obviously this was untrue , two adult men didn’t mass hallucinate.

Paid £330 for two nights for basement room 9 which was very noisy single glazed widow’s on the main road and work men working just outside the door, the room was ok and spacious but bathroom is tiny. The room had a moist smell when returned from a days outing also there was a small humidifier running in the hallway. The photos are quite misleading and would not go back. Also breakfast should be included for that price plus this was for our 5 year wedding anniversary 😟
