Room was lovely, perfect for me. Super comfy bed with soft and firmer pillows, firmer ones were much appreciated. Super shower, very invigorating. As a glasses wearer I absolutely the magnifying bit on the bathroom mirror, what a great idea! I was warned beforehand that there was an event going on but apart from the bar being busy it was great. Once in my room I couldn't hear any noise at all. 10/10.

Two extremely small niggles. There was what looked like a small blob of toothpaste left on the sink in the bathroom, maybe a little more attention to detail next time. I had the banoffee bread and butter pudding for dessert. Nice, crispy bread on the top but I feel that the underneath could have done with being cooked for a little longer. That could just be a personal thing though.

The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city, with an abundance of shops, bars, and restaurants right on the doorstep. Clean, spacious room with a comfortable huge bed.

The staff weren't especially friendly or particularly welcoming on arrival. The onsite restaurant was closed, room service food was unavailable and despite the bar having a food menu no food was available for the entire stay, and a bottle of Prosecco on ice that I had requested and paid for to be in the room as a surprise for my wife wasn't there.

Good coffee. Warm and generous space. Next to public bus stop easy to get to North and South terminals at airport.

We had a bit of a hot water problem, manger and electrocution (I believe) did come out to look, but ended up having to press button for hot water every time we wanted to use it, we ended up running out of hot water while one of us was showering and ended up having a cold shower witch wasn’t great, but was okay

When we arrived at the property to drop our bags, there were already 2 people inside who said they weren’t meant to check out until the day later. They then left, and the ‘cleaner’ was supposed to go in. When we arrived, dirty food was still on the stove, a mattress was on the floor in the living room not the bed and there was dirty pots in the sink and no fresh toilet roll in the bathroom. Also random other bits that must have been cleaned from the previous guests however the mattress on the floor had towels on so someone must have been in to ‘clean’.
