Lots of space for parking, great bar and the decor was very modern/tasteful, the fire on entry was sooooo welcoming as I arrived on my motorcycle in the early evening; bitterly cold, the duty staff guy was very friendly, the room was meticulously clean as was the bathroom, the bed was spacious and cosy, the layout of the hotel was very grand and left plenty of space to manoeuvre, the breakfast was excellent and the morning staff friendly(not the usual grumpy morning wife!), I simply couldn't fault this hotel. I would be back in a second and get the four poster to try and impress the wife. I loved it

The fact that i was only staying for one night......and I arrived in the early evening. What a great find, it's a wonderful place to visit.

The location is great. The rooftop sight is great. Very well insulated in regardstotemperature. The kitchen is functional. Very kind of you to leave water in the fridge. The kids' kot is suitable for small kids up to 2-3 years old. My child loved it a lot. Two functional bedrooms-enough for two families. There's very good noise insulation as the station is near. The flat 5 is great to me.

Mind that the flat 5 is on 3rd floor and is accessible via stairs. Mind this if you have elderly people in the group. One bathroom - you need to plan a schedule if your group is more people. Time is not enough 😀.

It was hands down the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The noise of the trams every 5 minutes outside the window and the noise of drunk people until gone 3am. I kept checking the window wasn't open as it was so loud in the room. I had specifically requested a quiet room and was told beforehand that would be fine. Then at check in was told there were no rooms left at the back of the hotel where it was quieter. I will never stay at at Ibis again.

Window curtain was broken and I wasn't able to let the sun light in. There was no elevator and climbing stairs to 4th floor was difficult. There was no refrigerator in the room.
