The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

We booked a private room. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a window (windowless rooms are becoming more popular and I don't like them). It was spacious enough for all our stuff. The shower room is a prefabricated one, so it is a bit wobbly when you step in. That aside, everything it is very good for the money you pay. The staff is very kind and approachable, that's always a nice thing to have.

The en-suit shower is somewhat wobbly when you are inside, so that made me dizzy hehehehe. It was a different experience, a funn-y one.

We loved everything about our stay. The location was fantastic - close to nature as well as conveniences like grocery store, gas station, and shops. The family room had plenty of space for us and our two kiddos. The breakfast was served from 8:00 to 9:00. There were a few regular options to choose from and a daily special that changed. All was delicious.

You may find the family room windows let in light around the shades so pack a sleeping mask if you are sensitive to light while sleeping in the summer months when days are long.

Great experience if you like rowing , with lots of history and photos. Working club, so don't expect luxury hotel standards. Riverside terrace open in summer to enjoy a pre dinner drink, and you can walk along the Thames path right outside the property. Excellent breakfast and comfortable room, and friendly service.

I stayed in Pine Lake to celebrate a friend’s leaving do and we really loved it. The scenery was so beautiful and the lodges were a good size with good facilities. The pool was accessible and area around was great for walking and resting.

the jacuzzi wasn’t working and there were some cob webs around the porch.

We stay every year before heading to a festival. A little bit of comfort before sleeping in a tent. Every year the same fantastic level of comfort and cleanliness. Would definitely recommend.

The complimentary port.

The old sash windows needed an overhaul as they were difficult to open for fresh air. The hot water took a little while to run through to the tap but ran fine after a minute or so.
