The staff were very good - especially Georgina- we had complained for 4-5 days about the filthy exhaust vent in our room- the beds moved when we sat on them- safety concerns. My friend found a pad cover under her bed and some food stuff. The kettle was directly under the TV, so when it boiled the steam went straight up through the TV electrics- another safety concern. The height of the bath for older clients was a danger, as my friend slipped and got a huge bruise on her leg. Walk in showers would be much safer. The length of time getting things fixed certainly took the shine off our stay.

Friendly service everything was explained professionally by the reception staff rooms were clean and tidy beds were comfortable the shower was great and for being in the city centre there was no noise from the outside I also liked after a certain time there was security on the door to check that you have a room at the hotel also make sure no one could just wander off the street and come into the hotel unwelcomed

We did not get to the property as the owner did not answer his phone to give us the keys!! We had no where to stay and had to get changed in a car park. He ruined my birthday and cost me £50 to get a taxi home and £50 the next morning to come back for my car!!!

The rooms are tiny, i was not happy with the room i was giben as i had a child with me and could not shower her, i did ask for a bigger room and the gentleman in reception understood and the next morning i was given a bigger room, very helpful

Entering the building entrance door we smelt cannabis and a man coming down the stairs smelled of it, who was also holding onto a beer bottle. As we arrived at our room door before entering the code, the next door room door opened with another guy coming out and it stank of weed. They were clearly doing weed in their room, i thought it was a no smoking apartment? I had my family with two young babies and felt uncomfortable straight away before even entering our room. It even smelt the following morning. Also, we encountered small bugs in the main bedroom and bathroom on our last night. Never seen them before in this country.

The breakfast buffet range was good but staff let it down by not topping things up as required. This happened every day we were there and I had to ask multiple times for multiple items that were empty or not working.
