The room is small but it's modern and comfortable. It has everything you need. The bathroom has good toiletries. The curtains and lighting are automatic. The bed and pillows are great. And it was so quiet you didn't hear anything. The hotel is steps away from Egdeware road which has plenty of supermarkets open until late. And on the other side, a few minutes from Marylebone boutiques and restaurants. Edgeware road metro stations is minutes away and Paddington station is close.

The location was really good, located on the outskirts of the city center and right next to the city's gay scene and had a decent little kitchen set up and was good for what I wanted to use it for.

No working hot water in the kitchen sink, the place could have used a good dust, the apartment did not look like the pictures provided in the advert. The plug in the sink in the bathroom jammed repeatedly, making it difficult to wash/get ready before going out and the oven fan was switched off and located in the ceiling. The bedroom felt rather cramped with a large wardrobe fighting for space with the double bed in the box room.

Excellent comfortable rooms very clean superb bed linen towels and robes we stayed on both the third and fourth floors the view was wonderful across Cambridge Park and out towards the sea

Can't think of anything. Worth noting it's room only but plenty of great places nearby for cooked breakfast. Little separate kitchen with tea, coffee and a fridge.

A lift would have been helpful. For the prices being charged coming back and finding no parking due to non resident parking, was an issue. Reserved Resident Parking would be a step in the right direction. If you’re planning is for more non residents coming to your restaurant, this problem is only going to increase.

I had a lovely room with 4 poster bed but there was a really disgusting quilt in the quilt cover looked at least 100 years old. I would mot stay here again 😞 sorry guys you where lovely
