Was lovely once you go through the front door. The experience of arriving and and getting into the flat could be even better. It took us a minute or two to get the keys. The walkway to the front door could be more inviting - a bit tired, and many cobwebs etc. Would be easy to make way more groovy, fun and wlcoming. The car parking instructions exist but let us kjnow more clearly where we can park. Picture perhaps?

Superb location for Edinburgh Airport and the Royal Highland Centre. Beautiful facilities, clean, bright, spacious. Friendly welcome from staff. Great outdoor space to rest, drink and walk the dogs. Ample parking. Nothing was too much trouble. Awesome water pressure, for a super shower. Ample worktop space in bathroom. This Works products in the bathroom. A flannel.

Air conditioning was noisy. Shower head wouldn’t sit properly in the riser bar. Would have preferred a soft close toilet seat. But overall it was fabulous, nothing serious.

Unbelievable what I went into shocking absolutely shocking I paid for 3 days could bear one night are u aware who u accommodating? 3 pm when I arrived that day someone was buzzing on door bell trying to get into property this guy not just seems to me very suspicious but I bet he was searching some drogs sourse

Friendliness and cooperation of the staff was first rate. Breakfast was superb - great choice and really well cooked/presented. Main meals are expensive, but the food was very good. The quality of teas/biscuits left in the room was of high standard.

Partner has mobility issues and we found ourselves on first floor with stairs to negotiate and no lift. Would have liked more shower gel etc provided, although what was available was of high standard.

Overall we really enjoyed staying here. The room was great, with comfortable bed, and a perfect place to rest at the end of the day. We also had great breakfast. The staff was very nice and friendly, I would definitely return.

I have to mention it, that on my first night I had a surprise visitor in my room. The man who previously stayed in my room returned, and he still had access to my room. The staff was very apologetic and understanding about this strange situation and they also gave me a refund for the night. On the other hand, the next day I met this gentleman at the reception, and he was very nice and kind, so it was easy to look at it as a funny adventure.
