- Proximity to Paddington Station and bus stops! So convenient! close to restaurants and shops too. - Comfy beds, Good to have 2 pillows per person - Though the shower and toilet is small, still good as it is clean. - They have small biscuits everyday and coffee, there is kettle, small fridge, free water at the reception.. everything you need is in the room, except for iron but I don't need it. - Room is cleaned everyday, except when you say not to do so - I am not sure of the value for money but as I searched for hotels, I found this as one of the most reasonable prices compared to other hotels, the pictures are the same as the rooms. - The room is small but its okay, I can lay my big luggage on the floor and I can open it.

- Nothing, everything is good for me during my stay

The funky atmosphere, the enormous, comfortable sitting area around the bar. Plenty of magazines and newspapers available. The varied breakfast selection to satisfy many tastes. The hotel is close to the Borough Market and the Imperial War Museum.

The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. If you are sharing with someone you don't know too well, be aware that the toilet and shower areas are only partially separated from the rest of the room.

most things, location there is not one shop in sight, pictures shown on the website are not the rooms you’ll get, bathrooms tiny no room too move around, no places on site to get drinks like a vending machine what could be added? £112 for 2 nights isn’t worth it.

This is a lovely house with a driveway making it easy to load things in and out of the car. There is plenty of space for the family.
Negative section of review
The beds are 2 joined singles so the join is quite uncomfortable. The stairs are steep and there are no stair gates despite it being listed as suitable 0-12 years. The annex part of the house feels unfinished with a small walk though kitchen and gaps under the worktops. There was no heating or hot water. We had three children with us, one is a baby and one is a toddler. No hot water was a problem, we asked about it and were told how to turn a switch on but it was already on. The kitchen had a dirty grill pan making it unusable.

Step in shower no door which meant floor got wet and slippery everytime. Only two elevators working. Executive lounge poor choice of food at breakfast no pork products. Grill restaurant only open for paid breakfast. Overpriced room service.
