The hosts are really nice, they cook the breakfast for us every morning and help me boil the medicine. They are very friendly and kind. The house is cozy and warm, it is a very quiet place, I had good sleep here. And the house is very easy to find, even though it is not a sea view house but you won’t spend more than 30 mins drive to any popular towns and beach even to land’s end.

Place has everything you need as in the photos. Location is as good as you can get in London. Subway 50 feet away tower of London 2 stops away other way west abbey 2 stops and St pauls 500 feet away.

The cottage is very cute. The location is excellent, in the centre of tiny Brockenhurst. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfy.

I have booked hundreds of hotels or apartments through booking.com, and this is the most shameful landlord I have ever met. We were 4 people at first, and then the landlord called me three times in one day, constantly asking me for the information of the guests and visitors, saying that their apartment has a high security level. I immediately stopped him from calling me. I listed the names of the four guests and possible visitors. The landlord gave me a new bill via WhatsApp. The original bill was 232 pounds per night, which I had already paid. At the same time, he sent me an additional bill of 1,295 pounds per night, telling me that this was the amount I needed to pay for the increase in the number of people, which was 6 times the price of the three-bedroom and one-living room room I had already paid. The landlord told me that if I didn't pay, I would not be checked in, so I contacted the platform three times, and the platform only gave me a perfunctory answer and did not solve the problem. In order to express my protest, I chose not to check in. The landlord's rudeness and overbearingness made me feel a bad experience, so I advise others to avoid choosing such a landlord. The customer service staff conveyed his attack on my life. I will continue to appeal to protect my legal rights. Please believe me this is a very bad property. This is also the first time I write a bad review on booking.com because it is really unbearable.

We took a room for a disabled person. The shower seat was stiff, stuck in place and had to be opened by another person. If I had been travelling alone I would not have been able to shower. Also, the air conditioning couldn't be switched off or even turned down, the room was very cold.

Very tired, needs updating in areas, especially the carpets. Had a macerator toilet cistern which was incredibly noisy and totally impractical. No lounge area, only bar seating.
