Breakfast was enjoyable and plenty of choice of food. Staff were friendly. Parking was ok there was only 5 parking spaces all of which had electric charging bays but you do have to get there at a good time to get a space otherwise you end up parking down the road. It was clean and inviting. Kitchen was a great asset with microwave, fridge lettle etc. the room itself was a good size and plus with USB connectors were very helpful as I forgot my plug. An uber to Wembley was the easiest route and costs about £12.00 Access to the nearest bakerloo line stations was about a 20 minute walk. Garage/shop just down the road and quick access links to get in and out of london if driving. All over some positive and negative I wouldn't stay there again but it was somewhere to sleep for the night. Lovely view of Wembley stadium as well.

There was no Air-conditioning in our room as the pannel that controls it was broken. We used a fan but as it was very hot in the room I didn't sleep. The light in the bathroom is movement sensitive, when wanting to go in the middle of the night you end up blinded and waking up everyone in the room. The window didn't work, the first might you could open the full length window but it wouldn't close, when we got back on the second day it would only open slightly meaning we had no fresh air in the room. There was no mirror I could use in the room only in the bathroom where there would be no plugs to do my hair. The bed was very uncomfortable, it stated a king size bed it was more like a double and very short. The area was very loud in the evenings with racing around the streets. There was a light at one side of the room where you place your luggage but the light was covered over and unusable meaning you couldn't see inside you suitcase as that part of the room had no windows.

The room was clean and comfortable, en suite facilities very good, plenty of tea and coffee. I also liked the idea of a fridge in the room to use as required.

Great Location, 5 mins walk to the beach and seafront. Parking available at hotel. Swimming pool on site is a big plus.
Negative section of review
The hotel is extremely dated, and not the cleanest. The bar was not open for our stay and neither was the sauna. Breakfast was not great.
