The restaurant is available for breakfast and dining, breakfast menu is available. The parking is at the property and big, you pay for it. Free wifi. The double room is a good size. No fridge though. And no lifts. The staff is friendly and make you feel welcomed.

Great location right on the seafront. The staff were all very pleasant & polite. The breakfast was super.

I marked the bed down has it was not level & during the night it felt like was going to roll out of bed. I pointed this out to the staff who said they would deal with it.

Lack of pictures on the walls, paintwork requiring touching up/repairing, kettle did not stay switched on and the switch required to be held down to boil (reported this at breakfast, which was the first time I had seen anyone). Would have been good to have Venetian blinds on window as room very close across street from other house and only curtains on windows, no blinds.

The bed was the most uncomfortable I have experienced in all my years of using Hotels. The bar boasts of having an extensive range of drinks but they had no Baileys and no Southern Comfort and to say the bar tender on Sunday night was belligerent would be a gross understatement

Reception staff not too welcoming with a couple of exceptions. But perhaps they were understandably annoyed by the behaviour of some guests.
