I loved my stay! The bedroom, the bathroom... everything was perfectly clean, it looked like it did in the pictures. There was a little present as well which I thought was so sweet! Self-check in was super easy. The location is amazing, you're in the middle of the Old Town and everything from the location that I wanted to explore was walking distance. Plus it's very easy to get there from the airport. All in all I had an amazing stay and would definitely stay there again. Absolutely recommend!

Nice quiet location , resturant and bar very handy , staff were good and friendly the rooms were comfortable , and actually were bigger on the inside , than first thought , so all in all very good for me personally . shame they dont do breakfast , but there are places in the area , so definatly not a deal breaker for me , and would book again if in the area

Location was great, smelt lovely and was very clean. Pool and facilities were fantastic, not so much of a homely vibe but I don’t think their targeted clients would want that. Bed and pillows were probably the most comfortable we have had in a hotel. Breakfast was also great

Juices were far too warm at breakfast but they did bring ice on request. The bathroom in the bedroom was far too small, very inconvenient to get in and out, had to open and close the door each time and got quite hot and stuffy

In an excellent location for our needs, with parking on site. Good bathroom (nice to have a bath as well as a shower) with plenty of hot water. Room spacious with good storage. Breakfast was served quickly, and was fine. Staff were friendly and professional.

One of us found the mattress too firm, the duvet was 'crisp' and the pillows a bit limp - didn't have a great night (but the unfamiliarity of the bedding is not really the hotel's fault). The floorboards everywhere creaked, and the decor is dated and a little shabby in places. Thought £8 to park the car for one night a tad steep.

Room quite spacious and beds were comfortable. Our evening meal was good. Nice location by the river (but nothing made of this potential - just a car park and a field).

Hotel felt quite run-down and shabby. Windows so dirty, could hardly see the view. A lot of stairs to climb. Bar and restaurant very noisy.

The price. For what it is, heavily over priced. Pigeon poo all over the communal balcony.. a pressure wash wouldn't hurt. Especially now its summer

Stains on sofa, in my opinion I would have chosen more comfortable sofas.. They are terribly uncomfortable, one them is to low to the floor , the elderly would never get back up.
