Everything was beyond expectations! the host was such a funny welcoming person, and nothing was too hard for her. the breakfasts provided were off the charts, the best local produce was sourced, and I even tried Black Pudding which was better than I expected. Cleanliness was next level, fantastic location walking distance to town and car parking was provided on the property. 10/10 for every part of our stay. I wish we could go back, I'd stay here again just for the breakfast!

Super friendly, we arrived 3 hours early due to our flight, they told us to wait in the bar & have a drink & within 20/25 minutes they had a room available to check in, very friendly, helpful…Room was clean, cosy, quiet… late bar for a drink, even let us check out 30 minutes later, quite a chilled hotel. Location was 5/10 minutes walk into the centre. Depending on how quick you walk, quiet residential street, 24 hour reception, always say hello

Hard to nitpick but the games room could do with some pool tables, table football, couple of arcade machines, & the pool area updating as seems quite tired, there is scaffolding around the hotel so some work is going on, maybe in time the cosmetics of the hotel will be complete… definitely the outdoor area needs modernising but like I say that is probably on the to do jobs list, the important stuff is being dealt with at the moment

Expensive for what you got Very basic room not worth the money Arrived late in the evening from Australia. No food or drinks available on site told I could go out and bring food in. To tired after a long flight so just had some tea.
