Initially unsure when I first drove up, I was very pleasantly surprised once I'd let myself in. I had to arrive quite late at night, and the staff were so accommodating - they left everything I needed in a small, clearly-labelled envelope on the reception counter, and gave me all the important info via booking.com messages. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I wasn't there long, but I had a great night's sleep. All the facilities you would expect were available. Basic, but very comfortable, and did the job. Would definitely stay again.

I wish I had asked the staff about where to park prior to arriving, as I found it very difficult to find where I should go. The surrounding area wasn't brilliant. No mirror in the bathroom. Next to a main road, so a little noisy - would recommend bringing earplugs/headphones if you're a light sleeper.

The location is superb and is close to all the shops you need. The bus station for the bus to Thorpe Park is only 5 minutes away and there is a Wetherspoons Pub right across the road! Staines Train Station is only a 10 minute walk away. The property is very clean and is very nicely decorated.

There was no Tea Towel or Draining Board for the washing up. Would've prefered a full size ironing board instead of the table top one provided!! That is all I could fault!!

Perfect location for us. Comfortable room, with welcome “happy birthday” piece of cake & card for my partner’s birthday. Breakfast very nice.

Slightly poor bathroom design, difficult to shower without getting water all over the floor. Car park small and awkward, but we found on street parking ok.

Cleanliness of bathroom not that great, bathroom liquid soap was empty, bubble bath provided instead of soap/shower gel, fridge had a funky smell to it, area is a complete dive but that’s just Luton centre for you - full of wrongens! Probably roughest town/city I’ve ever been to. Had 2 freezing cold showers - which was awful - as hot water wasn’t switched on & couldn’t figure out how to turn it on.
