The location was great , with a great view of the beautiful library & square. Head out in one direction for bars / fun & clubs or in opposite direction for places of interest. Everything very accessible from the venue. A hip and fresh style hotel with a nice bar. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly !

The staff were lovely, very helpful, Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Parking is available on first come first serve basis. Our room number 10 overlooked the promenade with amazing views of the sunrise. Thinking of staying for Christmas.

Just excellent. A few friends were camping in Bewl water and we don't like camping so spend the night here. Big comfortable room, well decorated, just really good.

The location was good and it had a car park. The ground floor looked very grand and in style with the name of the hotel.

The rooms we were in had seen better days and were looked run down. They also need a thorough clean, as it was dusty and the ket tle had obviously not been used, so there was mould on the element. The shower needs a new seal. It was very disappointing as the room could have been so nice with a little hit more effort.

The bathroom drainage is absolutely useless we couldn’t use toilet more than 3 times before it looked like it was going to flood the shower tray was filling up and dirt was coming out of the drainage we couldn’t have two showers it was to much ended having to to friends to have shower and use toilet which really is not what you want from your holiday we were lucky we had friend up in wick so we could do this and we only stayed for two days I would hate to think of someone staying longer and had no where else to go for shower and toilet unless you want the trouble of seeking a plumber or contacting owners on your holiday

Ludicrously complex checkin procedure after making to booking on booking.com. The tv is not connected to an Ariel and relies on the wifi which wasn’t working. Real shame as we wanted to watch to Euros.

Property had its faults. Mould in bathroom and no extractor. My wife disliked pictures of dead animals in lounge

Room next to a noisy corridor door. (Which would bang when it closed.) Also noisy guests disturbing my sleep, as they walked along the corridor to there rooms.
