Location. Decor. Facilities. Spacious. All very good. An excellent base from which to explore and enjoy the magic of Speyside. Lovely wee village. Great whisky bars just across the road. Nice walks down to the river with the dog. Highly recommend this property.

Minor points. Nothing major at all. Parking outside property was not available at times. Had to park further up the street. A slightly bigger back door outdoor space would have been good. But still a nice and very tidy patio area.

Nicely furnished property, very friendly and helpful staff in a great location very close to Paddington station but feels like you are in a small village environment.

Contrary to all the good reviews the only ones we found good were parking arrangements and closeness to the main attractions pubs restaurants etc.

The rooms were very dated bedroom we stayed in the bathroom was far from a pleasant experience, far below the standard we are used to for the amount of money we paid. Bed was poor quality, carpets required cleaning towels lord knows what year they came from, toilet seat seat although usable should have been changed years ago. Interrupted by a member of staff 2 afternoons running almost entering the room claiming the they've forgotten to close the window which clearly was visible from outside if they had bothered to check. Cutting it short totally unimpressed other than the location and parking 😞😞

Location and it allowed dogs and the bed was comfortable can't often say that about places ! Owner kept us updated on check in etc

The only downside is the parking and needing to move the car but it was fine for us as we were out during the day and then we could park for four hours up until the morning again for four hours people just need to be aware of that if they stay but Sundays was no problem.

The skylight in the bedroom would be better if cleaned. The dining area could do with being modernised. Not sure about the plastic looking seaweed and paper lanterns! Identity crisis. Could also benefit from a good clean. I am sure the new owners will address these issues.
